Fractional Laser Resurfacing & PhotoFacial, Part 4

Day 2 of fractional laser resurfacing on face to correct 25%TCA peel gone wrong and photofacial on arms, hands, chest and shoulders.

    How are ya doing now? I had mine done 3 days ago and I am HORRIBLY red! UGH! Just a bit nervous since I do not look anywhere near as good as you and I am NOT ready to go out in public yet! ha ha ha

    I did mine to remove the horrible discolorations on my face due to PG hormones and small acne scars… the pigmentation has ALL flaked away today! (YAY!!!) …but I am still very red and swollen…

    You look amazing! Hopefully tmw I’ll wake up & be “pink” and not “radioactive”!

    @tlvailco I cannot believe I FINALLY have clear skin!!! OMG! Since puberty I’ve had HORRIBLE skin and the PG / infertility meds just exacerbated the problem!

    I’m HOPING I only need to do the face once!!! That’s what I was originally told and my follow-ups have been “outstanding” (so they say… I still see A LOT of red! UGH!)

    I’m going back this summer for the neck & chest area. Hope that’s not as painful!

    Well… keep your fingers crossed my skin will lighten up by Monday! :)

    @tlvailco I got the re:store fraxel treatment done last wednesday. Unfortunately, I live in huntsville & we had a series of horrible tornados that day. I lost power for several days & didnt have warm water to wash with. It got really dry/irritated because of that first couple days, but I went up to nashville to stay with a relative and I purchased some cerave hyrdrating cleanser/moisturizer which really helped. totally healed now and loving the results! drastic improvement in the scarring

    I dont know when im going in for another round, my dermatologist office hasnt got power back yet (or if they do they arent in). I think I was scheduled for next monday for round 2? But with everything going on around here, who knows!

    @Nwienhoff Oh my gosh, sorry to hear about the crazy weather!!!! Wow! Hope everything is still Ok :) I’m getting just the photo facial tomorrow, on my face, chest, arms, hands, shoulders and maybe back. I’m also gonna see if she can zap a few veins on my legs. I’ve had them forever, I broke both my legs and when the casts came off I had spider veins, yuck! Please keep me posted! xo
